Physical Books — Returns & Refunds Eligibility:

  • Returned within 14 days of receipt (see above for cancellation start).
  • Items must be in substantially the same condition as received — undamaged, with reasonable signs of inspection only, and with any original packaging where practicable.

Process:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item except where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect — in those cases we will cover reasonable return postage.

Refunds:
