Thebritshop sells digital eBooks only. Once an order is completed and the eBook is accessed, the sale is generally final.
Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following are true:
- The eBook has not been downloaded; and
- The eBook has not been opened or accessed in any way; and
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
If these conditions are met, contact us with your order number and we will review your request.
No refunds after download/access
- Once an eBook has been downloaded, opened, or accessed, no refund will be issued.
- Please check the title, author, and description carefully before completing your purchase.
Access or technical issues
If you have trouble downloading or opening your eBook, contact us and we will help restore access or provide a working file where possible. This does not automatically qualify for a refund unless the conditions above are met.
